Closing Letters

 Closing Letters contain the following information and are provided to the requester via email within the time frame requested (see 'Letter Type' field for options).

-Property Address
-Membership status
-Current Balance
-Current year assessment information including frequency, due dates, and late fees
-Any additional Fees (including special assessments)
-Closing letter fee (paid prior to issuance)
-Payment Information
-Good through date
-HOA amenities

​Closing letter requests without payment will not be processed.
