Lakes and Lands Rules
1. Use of land and lakes and club property is restricted to only Active Members of Kings Cove Homeowners Association, Inc. and their guests.
2. Land and Lakes Hours are from sunrise to sunset. Anyone present after these hours is subject to trespassing laws.
3. No swimming or wading in either lake.
4. Private docks and/or moorings are prohibited.
5. No gasoline motors on either lake. Electric motors are permitted.
6. No unauthorized motorized vehicles (including golf carts) are permitted in or around lakes, or on lake or walking trails.
7. No buildings or the like may be constructed or maintained on association property.
8. No private debris or yard trash shall be dumped on association property.
9. The natural terrain of both lake properties and associated trails shall be maintained. Specifically, the cutting of trees or bushes, the planting of trees or bushes or gardens without specific approval by the board is prohibited.
10. All boats or watercraft shall be beached, locked and cleaned up nicely around the lakes.
11. No fires or camping is permitted on association property except during special occasions or with prior board approval
12. Pets shall remain on a leash or restrained in a fenced area at all times.
