Pool Rules
General:
All annual assessments must be paid in full before using the pool. These payments are crucial for maintaining and upkeeping the pool facilities, ensuring a safe and enjoyable environment for all users.
Pool access:
You will need an access card to access the pool. If you need one, please log in to payhoa.com, click on requests on the left panel, and then on the "Kings Cove – Pool access card request." Once your request is submitted, you will be invoiced for $25 per card requested.
Please make sure to close the gate behind you. Do not prop open the pool gate at any time.
Guest policy:
Members are welcome to bring one guest each. However, it's important to remember that the member must always accompany their guest. If the member leaves, the guest must also go.
For example, a family of four can bring four guests if all four family members are present at the pool. If only three family members are at the pool, then the family can only have three guests.
Non-resident members (seasonal pool card holders) cannot bring guests.
The Homeowner's Association will not be responsible for any money or property loss sustained by members or their guests when using the pool.
Pool hours:
Hours of operation are from 6 am to 10 pm. Trespassing occurs if anyone enters the pool area outside these hours, and authorities will be called. The pool has a security camera to identify trespassers and violators of pool rules.
Lifeguard hours:
Please note that lifeguard duty hours are subject to change without notice. When a lifeguard is absent, you participate in "Swim at Your Own Risk" (SAYOR). Kings Cove Homeowners Association is not responsible for accidents or injuries that happen during SAYOR hours. Swimming at the pool is always SAYOR; lifeguards are employed at anticipated peak pool usage to mitigate this risk.

- Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays from 12 pm to 6 pm
- Summer holidays' hours
